About |
CubedBox is a Flex based component designed to play audio and video files using the Flash player runtime. The component has been designed as a drag and drop tool designers will find handy to play flv and mp3 files in their Flash applications. Fully customisable, it features the ability to connect to and stream media files both from streaming servers and progressive download files. This is done automatically based on the source url.
With a carefully designed attractive skin, the developer or designer has the option of setting the background color to reflect his application theme and set tool preferences. A major feature of this release is also the fullscreen capability of the player which is enabled only when video files are being played. CubedBox also features a client library tab that list all media resources that can be accessed on the application. Switch to the library view and jump to any of the files to listen. |
