| Yes it can be used in CS3 like all AS2.0 components. But it is very important to understand that Flash CS3 allows both AS2.0 and AS3.0 components to be used, but they can\'t be used for the same type of project, they have to be used for each corespondent type AS2.0 for AS2.0 projects and AS3.0 for AS3.0 projects. |

| This works, but the font is a problem. I tried embedding the font in CS3, but the effect goes blank when I do. What am I missing? |

Incase anybody else was waiting for help on embedding the font like me..try this it seems to work.
1. create a new movie, put a dynamic text box on the bottom layer
2. chose your font, and size, and embed the font, in it.
3. on top layer drag your component to the stage, and change parameters in the para, window. thanks to this link. http://www.actionscript.org/forums/showthread.php3?t=105123 |
